Dr. Sarika Tamaskar was born and raised in Olney and graduated from Sherwood High School. She attended undergrad at the University of Maryland in College Park, then went on to dental school at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, and finally completed her residency in Advanced General Dentistry at the VA Hospital in Dayton Ohio.

Dr. Reese Ruder was born and raised in Panama City, FL. Dentistry runs in his genes as his father, brother, and numerous other family members are also dentists. He attended the University of Florida for undergrad and then the University of Maryland in Baltimore for dental school.

After getting married in 2015, our doctors moved to the panhandle of Florida where they owned and operated a successful practice for 8 years. Ultimately, they decided to relocate back to Maryland where their story began, but this time with their two little kiddos and dog. They are thrilled to be able to serve the community in which Dr. Tamaskar grew up.

Our doctors understand the importance in creating an environment that is comfortable, compassionate, and non-judgemental in which to help the whole family thrive. We welcome patients of all ages and look forward to helping guide you towards your dental goals. They are experienced in all aspects of general dentistry for adults and children, including white fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, root canals, tooth removal, whitening, night guards, and more. They are dedicated to delivering caring, gentle, individualized care while using modern technology and techniques. They are committed to high quality dentistry and put great importance on seeking out continuing education courses that will continue to stretch our skills to better serve our community.

This office has transitioned from the loving hands of Drs. Chip and Linda Steel to Dr. Reese and Dr. Tamaskar, and we would like to ensure our long time patients that their care will not be interrupted by this transition.
